 “SLIDE - eLearning et Développment: Initiatives Locales Solides “, was a project financed by the European Union (Community Initiative ELEARNING) with the objective of identifying a framework of public policies in each country eLearning partner of this project, through the legislation and programmes and of supporting and characterizing the situation in terms of available eLearning statistical information. This work took place between 2004 and 2006 with a partnership of 7 organizations of 6 European countries (Portugal, Spain, Iceland, France, England, Italy), coordinated by IEBA(PT). Primary Public Target: -The actors (teachers / instructors / mentors in adult education, instructors and trainers in enterprises), the learners (students and employees) and support staff (including directors and administrative staff in the field of vocational training for adults).
Secondary Public Target: -The research community and all elements of the partnership.
